Bloomsburg Athletics

In 1951, Lang scored 72 points on 12 touchdowns in eight contests for the Bloomsburg football team. He scored at least once in seven games and multiple times in five outings. His 12 touchdowns remained a single-season record for 43 seasons. He held almost all of the Huskies' rushing records for several seasons, earning first team all-state honors in 1951. He later played semiprofessional football.
