Hall of Fame
Hollister was a four-year standout for the men's tennis team and also spent 15 years as sports information director (SID) at the school. As a tennis player, Hollister was the first player ever to represent Bloomsburg at the NCAA national championships, while also winning two PSAC singles and one doubles title. At the time of his graduation, Hollister's career record of 95-40 was good for fifth on the school's all-time winning percentage list. As SID he was honored 23 times for his publications, including eight "Best in the Nation" awards by the College Sports Information Directors of America. He served as President of the Board of Directors of the Eastern College Athletic Conference Sports Information Directors Association (ECAC-SIDA) and the PSAC Sports Information Directors.
